Well, in one set of music I played a Slim Cessna song that had about 12 cuss words go out over the air before i chnaged it to something else, then 2 songs after was a Guy Clark song that cut off about 1:50 before the end for no reason whatsoever, then the next song was a Joe Ely track that immediately started skipping uncontrollably. Fucking great. I have been doing this show for 2 years and tonight is noobish as fuck.
I just want to pack up my cds and fucking go home.

I am sick of the constant maelstrom

Well, so far, the curse has not been lifted this year.
This year so far:
1. When i go home i wind up painting, laying floor, hammering, stuff like that.
2. When i get back from home i go to school.
3. My (new)bass, small amp, and case were stolen. Thats roughly $650 worth of stuff. I never played the bass with someone else playing guitar. I now have only a Martin Stinger with no nut at the headstock and rusty pickups. That'll show me to try to be creative.
4. Girl is terrible at being a sig. other. More about that in myspace, i figured i would spare the LJ crowd from the bitch fest.
5. It's sunday in the buckle of the belt. I am in a shitty mood and i can't even BUY BEER! Fuck!

I would like to go to nashville to see Mogwai on march 10, since the night show in atl is ALREADY sold out. And, yes, i do have tix for the sunday show, but its at like 3 in the afternoon. I would like to see something as spacey as mogwai at night. The thing is, i think the second coming of christ is also happening in Nashville the same weekend, cause i have tried 12, yes TWELVE dowtown motels, and they are all booked up. I mean, i could get a room out on the perimeter somewhere, but whats the point in a road trip if all i do is go to the show then go right back to the room? The bypass/mall/chili's/mcdonalds part of any town is the same. I can drive to Oxford to experience such a thing. I would kind of like to wander around downtown a little, without having to drive 19 miles somewhere possibly drunk in a city that is barely familiar to me. Anyhow, had to get that off my chest.
